Andrew Ellis (British, b. 1971) Original Framed Acrylic Painting Hunting Kestrel Bird of Prey
A stunning painting by the renowned British wildlife artist Andrew Ellis, dated 1991.
This intricately detailed artwork depicts a small bird seeking shelter from a watchful Kestrel and is signed in the lower right-hand corner.
Andrew studied at the Exeter College of Art and Design (1987-89) and held his first solo exhibition in 1991. This piece was acquired directly from the artist by the previous owner.
The artwork measures approximately 70 x 46 cm and has been professionally framed behind Perspex.
The frame measures 87.5 x 64.5 cm.
